I went on a personal mission to collect every Treasure Hoard map and collect all of there rewards. I have all of them done except for the Oxenefordscire Hoard Map and the Eurvicscire Hoard Map. I went to them twice and collected the rewards. It just doesn't register those two. This is officially a bug. Hopefully it will be fixed in a future patch.

The map remains in my inventory but it did count towards my trophy. Easiest way to fix it would be to pick up another treasure hoard and the trophy should pop. I also have a glitch with the hoard in Eurvicscire. The treasure doesn’t spawn at the location in the map.
